Gilles Carbonnier
Prof. Gilles Carbonnier is the Vice-President of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). Since 2007, Dr Carbonnier has also been a professor of development economics at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva.
