Urban Resilience Tool
The tool enables you to assess a city’s resilience level through a comprehensive and integrated assessment framework, based on the exposure to hazards, vulnerabilities, and the institutional capacity to respond, recover, and transform. The framework provides a composite index based on 131 key performance indicators (KPIs) that cover 36 dimensions, as well as an institutional readiness checklist.
