I led Mars Middle East & Africa initiatives in 2001, later becoming Corporate Personnel & Organization Staff Officer for AIME, CIS, and Asia-Pacific in 2015. Transitioned to emerging economies in 2019, now serving as Corporate Ombudsman for Mars
