Mohamed Rahma
Mr. Mohamed Khalifa Rahma assumed his position as Director, Air Transport Bureau, of the International Civil
Aviation Organization (ICAO) in April 2020. Before his appointment, Mr. Rahma was the Regional Director of the
ICAO Middle East Regional Office since March 2016.
