Josh Nixon

Joshua Nixon is the co-founder and CTO of Prime Roots. At Prime Roots, Josh oversees the science and technology behind the company’s core platform of koji protein that has been used to make sliceable deli meats, foie gras, pâtés, and bacon. Prior to co-founding Prime Roots, Josh designed systems at biotech and fermentation company Amyris.
