H.E. Jasem Al-Budaiwi

Jassim Al-Budaiwi received his bachelor's degree from the University of Utah in 1991. In 1992 he was appointed as a diplomatic attache at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in the office of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs.
