HH Sheikh Ammar Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman, launched on Wednesday, the conclusion of the three-day UAE Government Summit 2014, the Ajman 2021 strategy, which intends to develop Ajman, the smallest among the seven emirates of the UAE, into a mega developed city like Dubai.

“Ajman 2021 is a big ambition. But we learned from Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai, to turn dreams into reality,” he said.

The Crown Prince of Ajman said this vision is anchored on four pillars – a happy society, a green economy, excellent government and the Spirit of the Union.
“I am sure that with the support of our leadership, we can do this,” HH said as the UAE strives further for greater prosperity. “We want Ajman to be in unity with the UAE vision. We will be one,” HH said.

He said that it’s their aim for the UAE people to be the happiest people in the world in the happiest nation in the world.

The strategy focuses on actively engaging the private sector to invest and co-fund various proposed projects in Ajman, and creating an environmentally-friendly economy able to sustain the needs of its people.

HH noted that the vision is to create an excellent government that will contribute to the social development of residents, and focus on incentives to the private sector.
The strategy aims at strengthening the Spirit of Union by eliciting the help of the UAE to accomplish the Ajman Vision 2021.
