During the World Governments Summit 2024, a roundtable discussion under the title of “Future of Government HR” was held with the participation of senior public sector representatives from governments around the world, private sector representatives from leading organizations, and technical subject matter experts.
Throughout this discussion, long-range issues with respect to the evolution of work, and particularly work in the public sector, were examined to pinpoint emerging trends and potential HR interventions that could be applied to manage the future workforce of governments.
