<strong></strong> <p>“It’s a beautiful day, isn’t it?”, a sentence Mrs. Tao Porchon Lynch, Yoga Instructor, 98, repeats every morning to begin the day with a conscious and positive mindset. </p> <p>The world’s oldest yoga instructor underlined that yoga has always been a big part of her life since she was eight years old. She stated that the ancient practice not only keeps her body young but also thwarts off negative thoughts and ignites positive thinking. Lynch has travelled the world and inspired numerous people through yoga and meditation. For her, the joy of living starts from within; the most important thing is to be aware and convinced that anything is possible. </p>
