Nuclear energy defined the 20th century with its use as leverage in geopolitical matters; however, there s a possibility that it will reemerge in the 21st century in a renewed light as the silver bullet to climate-related challenges and the achievement of sustainability in a multi-faceted sense. This session explores the emergence of nuclear-powered technology as the spearheading force of sustainable development along its intersection with resource conservation, climate mitigation, and accessibility of technology across the globe.
