The covid-19 pandemic brought on expedited uptake of technology across many sectors worldwide, and it helped reshape educational institutions and workplaces. Also, in those sectors came the rise of tech-enabled remote services that enhance the application process to such institutions. They help expedite the process and ensure matching the appropriate candidates from different parts of the world. This could drastically re-shape recruitment services, and could serve as the future of education and talent recruitment. In this session, the acceleration of borderless remote recruitment, and the role of different stakeholders such as governments in that, will be thoroughly discussed.
