A design leader, Tim Kobe founded Eight Inc. in 1989. He writes and speaks regularly on innovation, technology and holistic, branded experience, contributing thinking that is sought by business leaders and designers across the world. Tim ensures purpose, emotion and humanity is at the heart of all our work. He's defined transformational brand experiences for some of the world’s leading innovative companies, including Apple, Virgin Atlantic and Xiaomi. As CEO, Tim also supports business and team development across our studios globally. Tim graduated from ArtCenter College of Design, where he now serves as a trustee. Prior to founding Eight Inc., he co-founded West Office Design Associates, a practice focusing on museum and exhibition design. Born to a teacher, his passions are frequently fired by ideas rooted in art and education.
