We are entering a new era. A period of global transformation driven by new technologies, demographic changes, climate change, shifting economics and more, that will last decades and result in significant changes in how most of us live, work, and play. This short talk will introduce some fundamentals and will explore what might be the impact to government services, particularly in the early years of this revolution.
