Helen Elizabeth Clark is the Administrator of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the first woman to lead the organization. Prior to her appointment with UNDP, Helen Clark served for nine years as Prime Minister of New Zealand.
Throughout her tenure as Prime Minister, she created positive change in the community, including significant economic growth and high levels of investment in health and education. Under her leadership, the UNPD focused on building a better future for developing countries and promoting global happiness.
